Arē’s Place

Well it all started when I was really young. I use to bake in the kitchen with my grandma and then in school holidays I would bake like crazy. My dad would have to take stacks of cupcakes and brownies to work. From there it has pretty much always been apart of my life!

I ventured into a lot of other things as you do, trying to figure out your place in life until one day I found myself obsessed with baking cookies. Not any type of cookie... The NYC style cookie, it became an obsession, I was never really a fan of the flavour so that's when I began experimenting with my recipe thus became the begging of this crazy journey.

Amid that I was also working part time, pregnant with my second and chasing my toddler. Whirl wind would literally be the only way to describe these past 12 months and I can't wait to see where we go from here.
